The big news with the kids over the weekend was the announcement that the two Matts were leaving the band. Rumors were soon swirling that the original lineup would reunite for a new record later this year.

My birthday is coming up and you are looking at what is number one on my list, a life-size Boba Fett bust! I asked the girlfriend to get it for me but she just laughed and said it wasn’t practical. What is not practical about this lovely piece of art? Nothing, that’s what! It is the epitome of practicality.  I love her but she is just bonkers. So if you have $799.99 sitting around that you want to blow on your favorite out-of-work DJ just let me know.

We were talking earlier about pedestrians and their complete disregard for the law and cars. Matt IMed this link to us.
On Tuesday we talked to Matt Kalman of The Bruins Blog about the future of our pal Andy Ference. Matt speculated that Andy might not be long for Boston but 24 hours later the Bruins made the announcement that Ference would be here for another 3 years.
On another note, we apologize for there being no podcast form Tuesday. We had some issues with the equipment. It won’t happen again.
One: Holy crap it’s beautiful out.
Two: If I’m getting paid to do it, it’s definitely “something better to do,”.
Yesterday’s podcast was a unique experience as I was forced to go it alone because Charlie had “better things to do”. I don’t agree with that but I guess he is entitled to his opinion. If you want to here me stumble through 2 hours on my own you can hear it here.
